Description: The ParcelInformation feature class is a countywide polygon dataset representing property parcels within Seminole County, FL. The dataset is maintained through the Friday Night Maintenance (FNM) enterprise GIS maintenance pipeline and serves as the enriched parcel layer for internal GIS operations and downstream business systems. The dataset is schema-controlled through a version Python-based authoritative schema definition used throughout the FNM pipeline to ensure consistency. ParcelInformation serves as the primary enterprise GIS parcel dataset supporting: Enterprise GIS applications, Parcel lookup and search workflows. Planning and zoning analysis, Permitting and land development operations, Utility and service district analysis, Addressing analysis, Taxation and assessment support, Public-facing GIS applications, Spatial reporting and analytics, Downstream data distribution and integrations.The dataset is automatically rebuilt and refreshed during the weekly FNM process using automated ArcPy geoprocessing workflows and enterprise geodatabase maintenance procedures.
